Our Practice and Services
I use many different techniques in my practice including diversified, SOT, activator, cranial adjustment, percussor and biomechanics. I also integrate home stabilization exercises and proper stretching methods to speed the healing process.
I believe nutrition education is a big part of your overall health. I use a variety of supplements and German homeopathic remedies in my practice.
Your initial visit will include an exam, adjustment, and a plan to reach your goal of overall health. Your initial visit will last about an hour with plenty of time to answer questions that you may have.
My goal is to help you achieve your maximum health and well-being. At times this can take a few follow-up visits. At each follow-up visit you will receive quality time to make sure you maintain the correct healing path to better health.
Services Offered
Initial Exam and Chiropractic Appointment - One Hour
Schedule an initial one hour exam and Chiropractic treatment for your first visit with Dr. John. You will discuss your health goals, receive a chiropractic treatment, and learn home stabilization exercises and stretches to work on after you leave.
Chiropractic Appointment - Established Patients - One Hour
A one hour appointment with Dr. John for your Chiropractic treatment and health consultation. This is for established patients that would like extra time.
Chiropractic Appointment - Established Patients - Half Hour
Chiropractic treatment, muscle rebalancing, strength and stretching overview.
Phone Consultation - 15 Minutes
For new or established patients that have questions for Dr. John. Referral consultation for diagnostics or for health care providers.
Phone Consultation - Half Hour
Specific questions about your health. For new or established patients. Follow-up from a pervious visit or diagnostic overview. Next steps, planning for future treatments, appointments and referrals.
In-Person Consultation
Dr. John will discuss your health concerns and help you to determine your best course of action for healing and optimal health. Whether you experienced an injury or have ongoing health issues, he can help you navigate the sometimes tricky path to feeling great again. This appointment does not include a chiropractic visit, but we can look over any diagnostic testing you have had or discuss options for treatment, regenerative health, nutrition, mobility etc.
Insurance and Payment
Payment is taken at the time of your visit. You will be asked to hold your appointment with a credit card; however, at the time of visit you can pay with a check, cash, Venmo, or we can use the credit card that you have on file.
Even though we do not bill insurance out of our office, check with your insurance to see if you have chiropractic coverage. We can provide you with a superbill to send to your insurance for reimbursement if you have coverage.
Unfortunately, Medicare or supplemental insurance for Medicare cannot be billed for a visit through Dr. John.
